Does Keto Peptide flow through pumps after being stored in refrigeration? We recommend warming the formula back to room temperature before administering through the feeding pump. Cold formula will be thicker and may clog the feeding pump. In addition to being room temperature, we would recommend reblending for 30 seconds before administering.
What is our refund policy? Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns. After products leave our facility we cannot control how they are stored or cared for. We would never ship previously sold formulas to customers and we feel that you would not want us to. We recommend donating your unopened Keto Peptide to someone else who could benefit from it. What are some helpful tips for administering Keto Peptide? If mixing the Keto Peptide formula with anything, including water, you will need to use a blender to make sure that the product is emulsified. We would recommend reblending at low speed for 30-45 seconds. This is especially true if using a pump for administration. If the products are cool or stored in an air-conditioned or cold room, the product will thicken. It may be helpful to run the unopened pouch under hot water for a minute or two or place the unopened pouch in a bowl of warm water to thin the product down.
