Why are there green flakes in the formula?

There may be small visible parsley flakes in the formula as whole parsley leaves often survive the blending process.  These flakes should not affect pump compatibility and are a reminder of the whole ingredients that make our formulas unique.

Who needs more protein than the amounts typically provided in standard formulas?

Please consult with your medical team on your own individual protein needs. Some patients have increased protein needs for a variety of individual reasons. Patients who, but not limited to, have experienced significant muscle and/or bone loss due to malabsorption or catabolic processes associated with surgery or burns. Individuals with wounds, sarcopenia, women who are breastfeeding, as well as critically ill patients may benefit from increased protein intake as well.

What is our refund policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot return any item to stock. After our product leaves our facility we cannot control how it is stored or cared for. We would never ship previously sold products to customers and we feel that you would not want us to do so. We recommend donating your unopened product to someone else who could benefit from it. We can direct you to our partner organizations that distribute our products to their communities.

Our products also can be used orally and make a great protein shake or can be included in many dishes.
