Nourish Soup

One of our customers’ favorite way to enjoy Nourish is gently warmed on the stove then served with a dollop of Greek yogurt and a splash of tamari – YUM!


You may also add a protein of your choice organic tofu, chicken or wild seafood creating an ultra protein-dense stew.

The sky is the limit, so experiment!

Nourish Ice Pops

1 cup of Nourish

1/2 cup strawberries

1/2 cup blueberries

1/4 cup raspberries

ginger, to taste


  1. Thoroughly blend together Nourish with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and ginger.
  2. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds.
  3. If desired, place whole blueberries, raspberries, or sliced strawberries within the mixture in the ice pop molds.
  4. Freeze and when completely frozen, enjoy!

Nourish Tropical Smoothie

12oz Functional Formularies® Nourish Organic Whole Foods Meal Replacement

1/2 cup organic avocado

1/2 cup organic raspberries

1/4 cup organic coconut butter


Mix in a blender with enough ice to make a smoothie consistency.
