6, 12, and 24 unit cases are shipped by UPS and cost is determined by quantity, weight, and zip code. Please allow for two business days for our in-house processing before orders ship (including orders with ground or expedited shipping methods).

Functional Formularies currently ships to all 48 contiguous United States, as well as Hawaii and Alaska.
At this time, we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or international destinations. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future, so please stay tuned for updates.
