As of Tuesday May 26, 2026, we have voluntarily recalled our Liquid Hope Peptide Berry Medley and Nourish Peptide Berry Medley products with best-by dates up to and including April 14, 2028.

Affected best-by dates: up to and including April 14, 2028. The Best-By date is printed on the back lower right of the package.

What products are being recalled?

We have chosen to voluntarily recall from market our Functional Formularies Liquid Hope Peptide Berry Medley and Nourish Peptide Berry Medley products with best-by dates up to and including April 14, 2028 because they may not contain the intended levels of vitamin A.

Why is this recall happening?

The recalled lots of these products may not contain the intended levels of vitamin A. Because the vitamin A comes naturally from the fruits and vegetables in the recipe, the level can vary. In these lots, the vitamin A levels may be lower than expected and below our standards.

What should I do if I have a recalled product?

The FDA has been informed of this voluntary recall, and we are taking immediate action to resolve the issue.

What is Functional Formularies doing about this?

We have stopped selling these products while our team of product developers, nutrition scientists, and clinicians work together to ensure future versions of the product consistently meet the vitamin A levels intended.
